Protocols are established to answer a room call (maintenance complaint).
Adequate staff equipment is available to enter rooms.
Water quality will be ensured, supported by monthly analyzes.
Air quality will be ensured with the correct use of sanitizing filters in the air conditioning and heating system.
Staff training in the disinfection systems used throughout the hotel.

CERTIFICATIONS

Hospital grade certification by our sister company Hospitales Angeles, following their protocols.
External and internal certification (CRISTAL, DISTINTIVO H and REAL CLEAN).
Wide spaces in most of our hotels, which allow maintaining a healthy distance.
IMSS certification of all employees.

New buffet dynamics.
QR or sanitized printed menus at every restaurant. Crockery washed at high temperature and special soap.

Due to the current situation, we've implemented new operating protocols, "Real Clean" style. This means our hotel has medical grade sanitization, as the one on Grupo Ángeles hospitals.
